“Masking and Unmasking: The Hidden Toll of Fitting In” | Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 4-5pm PT
This reflective session explores what masking can look like for people with ADHD, including hiding struggles, overcompensating, people-pleasing, and working hard to meet expectations at the cost of wellbeing.
Participants will learn how masking can contribute to exhaustion, burnout, anxiety, and a loss of connection to their own needs. The session will offer practical ways to recognize masking patterns and begin creating more supportive, authentic ways of showing up.
