“Understanding ADHD for Adults Part: (1/3)” | Thursday, February 12th, 2026 from 5:30-7pm PST
Understanding ADHD is often the first meaningful step toward clarity and self-compassion. This interactive, small-group program is designed for adults who are newly diagnosed, or beginning to explore how ADHD shows up in their daily lives. Over three live sessions, participants will learn about adult ADHD symptoms, real-life impacts, medication and non-medication approaches, and practical resources for moving forward.
Facilitated by Dr. Gurdeep Parhar and Dr. Anita Parhar, this supportive program emphasizes discussion, reflection, and shared learning in a private, collaborative environment. Sessions are live and not recorded to protect participant privacy.
